All returns require prior authorization.  Customers must label the outside of the package with the Return Authorization Number provided by customer service and include a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Customers should return the package so that it is insured and traceable via UPS, Fedex Ground, or US Mail Prepaid. Product must be in resalable condition to be eligilble for a refund. Returns must be received within 30 days from date of the invoice.
